Rachel did a fantastic job presenting here work on the RAB3GAP complex at the 2024 CBR&LSI Research day. Here she displayed the work she has done investigating the interaction between the RAB3GAP complex and the ATG8 autophagy proteins. She highlighted a series of in vitro GST pull-downs, and in silico interaction modeling using AlphaFold3, which she preformed to better understand these interactions.
