Cassie and Chloe came out in force by presenting the research they have done over their time in the Yip Lab.

Chloe presented her work on the autophagy tethering factor, HOPS. With Tomas she aimed to better understand how HOPS may interact with LC3 and GABARAP.

Cassie presented her work on the Warburg Micro Syndrome protein Rab3GAP's GEF activity. Working with Gage she utilized a combination of biochemical and computational techniques to explore the latitude of Rab3GAP's ability to act as a GEF for different Rabs.
